I cannot Sleep

Okay, so for a future reference, DON"T WATCH SCARY MOVIES! I cannot sleep. I have been up for the last two hours, and now I am fully awake, the shitty part is, I have an appointment with my doctor at 11:30. I wish I could sleep.
